Shipping & Handling Policy

Ink4Less ships to all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii and AE, APO, AP, or FPO addresses. Free Shipping and Flat-Rate Shipping applies to orders delivering only within the contiguous 48 states. Delivery time within the continental United States is typically 2 to 5 business days. Exceptions may apply.

Shipping Cutoff Times

Orders received before 2:00pm PT typically ship the same day or the day following receipt of order. Orders received after 2:00pm PT Friday, or Saturday and Sunday, will be shipped the following Monday.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or USPS and should arrive between 2 to 5 business days from the order date. Once shipments leave the Ink4Less warehouse they become the carrier’s responsibility for arriving on time. If you believe your order is late, lost or require tracking assistance, please email customer service, or call 888-488-4465.

Adjusted or Cancelled Shipments

Orders cannot be adjusted, combined, or added to once the customer’s credit card has been charged. If an order needs to be cancelled, please call Customer Service immediately at 888-488-4465. We are unable to cancel orders once they have shipped. If an unwanted order ships, customers can contact Customer Service to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted. See Return Policy.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $50

Orders shipping within the contiguous 48 states that are more than $50 will ship free (no promotional code required). Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and AE, APO, AP, or FPO addresses do not qualify for Free Shipping and will incur a surcharge based on the volume and weight of the shipment. Free Shipping orders will be processed using the most cost-effective shipping method.

Flat Rate Shipping on Orders Below $50

Orders shipping within the contiguous 48 states that are less than $50 will incur a Flat Rate Shipping fee of $4.99. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and AE, APO, AP, or FPO addresses do not qualify for Flat Rate Shipping and will incur a surcharge based on the volume and weight of the shipment.

Expedited Delivery (Next Day Air & 2nd Day Air)

Next-Day and 2nd-Day rates begin at $35.99 and may require an adjustment based on destination and the size and weight of the order, especially orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Next-Day and 2nd-Day delivery orders must be submitted no later than 1:30pm Pacific (PT) to arrive on time. Next-Day orders placed on Friday before 1:30pm PT will arrive the following Monday. Orders placed after 1:30pm PT will not be shipped until the following Monday for Tuesday arrival. Second-Day shipments add an additional day as compared with the Next-Day policy. Shippers do not count Saturday and Sunday as shipping days. We can custom quote Next Day Air with Saturday delivery on some products -- call to request quote.

Free Shipping Promotions

Free Shipping offers and promotions apply to orders shipping only within the contiguous 48 states and use the most cost-effective shipping method. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and AE, APO, AP, or FPO addresses do not qualify for Free Shipping. Free Shipping promotional coupons are good for a limited time and will expire at the designated time posted with the offer.

Split Shipments

Split shipments are becoming more common as inventory and shipping challenges become more frequent. This means orders may have to be separated into multiple shipments sent from different warehouses and arrive at different times. Split shipments will also generate multiple tracking numbers. On rare occasions some split shipment orders may require additional shipping fees to complete. Customers will be contacted in such cases and given the option to complete or cancel the order.
