Ink4Less guarantees your complete satisfaction on all remanufactured and compatible replacement inkjet and toner cartridges. If you're not happy with your aftermarket cartridge purchase Ink4Less will replace or refund your purchase based on the guidelines below.
Important! If you're having trouble with your printer and think you might be replacing the printer, DO NOT buy cartridges or drums. We find that many people decide they want to return or cancel an order after receiving it because they last minute decide they're going to replace the printer. This costs us all a lot of time and money, not just you the customer. We would much rather consult with you up-front on any printer issues to see if we can help you figure out if it's fixable or needs to be replaced. Also, just because the printer manufacturer says the printer has to be replaced, doesn't necessarily mean it does. It's a common tactic for printer manufacturers to persuade you to buy a new printer to fix a printer problem that is commonly resolved without replacing the hardware.
NOTE: Opened cartridges, where the OEM seal or airtight seal is broken means the item CANNOT be resold -- it is trash. If you think you may want to return an item, please DO NOT open it!
The majority of ink and toner cartridge issues can be resolved with simple troubleshooting procedures, which can be found on the Ink4Less FAQs page. If you do not find a solution through troubleshooting, please contact Customer Service for assistance so that a determination of whether or not the product is defective can be made. If we cannot resolve your issue we will gladly send a replacement at no charge.
Ink4Less.com provides a (1) One-Year warranty for Compatible and Remanufactured products to be free from manufacturing defect. Genuine OEM cartridges are not warranteed by Ink4Less. The OEM manufacturer is responsible for any and all warranties. Warranties will vary from each manufacturer, so we recommend you contact them as quickly as possible for any possible warranty coverage (also see OEM cartridge packaging for warranty information).
If you need to replace a defective product, the returned item must contain no less than 60% of the original ink or toner content and be within warranty timeframe as stated above. Replacements are for the same product, same condition and same brand.
To replace a product you must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number first before returning the defective item. Products returned without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
Ink4Less.com will ship replacement products at no cost via USPS Ground, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground shipping service. If you require replacements shipped overnight or via other express shipping service, you will be responsible for all shipping costs. Ink4Less.com will provide a free shipping label or issue a "call tag" for return shipping of defective product.
At times you may choose to return a non-defective item to Ink4Less.com. On all returns, we will refund you the items returned minus any restocking fees as outlined below. The original shipping charge will not be refunded unless Ink4Less.com made a mistake with your order. The customer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance charges, and accepts all risk of loss for the return products during shipment.
Ink4Less.com provides a (30) thirty day return guarantee from original order date for product returns on Compatible and Remanufactured products. Genuine OEM products are limited to 14 days on returns from original purchase date. If you need to return a non-defective item for any reason the item must be unused, unopened, seal intact (if applicable) and in "as new" condition (including no writing or markings on the packaging).
If you need to return a product, you must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number first before returning the defective item. If you are eligible for a refund, refunds to a credit card can only be made up to 90 days after the original purchase date. Any refunds past the 90 days will be issued as store credit. You may login to your account or call when you would like to use the store credit on a new purchase. Store credits require an account on our website, if you don't have one, you will need to sign up or we we will create it for you and provide a link to set your password.
A 20% restocking and return processing fee will be applied to all returns for refund if the return is the result of customer error, customer replaces printer or product is no longer needed. Shipping charges are non-refundable. This fee helps us cover the original shipping charges for your order. When you receive free shipping or our reduced flat rate shipping, this means we have already paid the ACTUAL shipping cost which can easily be $8 to $50 per order. If you want to return an item that is not defective, we lose the shipping fees we've already paid. We want to work with our customers, but you must understand shipping is not actually free, someone pays it. We are always willing to help you find the right
Canceled orders must be received by telephone before 12 p.m. (Pacific Time) in order to even attempt stopping the shipment. Order cancellations received after 12pm PT are too late to stop shipment and will incur shipping fees. Email requests to cancel orders cannot be accepted — YOU MUST PHONE in all cancellation requests. For refused packages or returns due to incorrect address, action, inaction or absence of the recipient, we will refund the order total to the customer's original form of payment, less actual shipping charges and any shipment returns fees incurred from the carrier. Shippers including FedEx, UPS, Ontrac and USPS will charge us address correction fees if you haven't provided a complete and accurate shipping address. These fees are typically around $18 for each correction. A missing apartment number, suite number or incorrect zip code are an example of some of the common reasons for an address correction by the shipping carriers.
