	Q:	How can I enter a contest multiple times?
A: You can't enter a contest more than once. The contest is designed to be fair for all persons who enter it. If we allowed multiple entries this unfairly weigh the results. It would also consume unnecessary bandwidth and processing power on the Ink4Less servers.
	Q:	How do I improve my print quality when my output has white lines or is "streaky" or missing color?
A: First, check to make sure your ink or toner levels are high enough to generate proper output. If the cartridge is less than 10% full, you may need to replace the cartridge. Otherwise, run the print head cleaning cycle 2 to 3 times, and possibly up to 5 times if your printer has sat unused for more than two weeks. If poor quality still persists after the cartridge has been replaced, you may need to contact the printer manufacturer. If after replacing the cartridge with an Ink4Less cartridge you no longer get any printing please contact support. If after contacting support you still cannot use the cartridge, please make sure you received an RMA number and then visit our Return Policy page for instructions on return your product for a replacement.
