How do I return a product?
First, contact Ink4Less Customer Service by email or by calling 1-888-488-4INK (4465) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. Write the RMA code on the original invoice AND on the outside of the shipping box. Place the return shipping label on the outside of the box. Repack the product in its original packaging materials and include your order number with your returns to expedite the process. We must receive your returned product within 14 business days after issuing an RMA number or you will be charged for the replacement product sent out. See Return Policy for complete details.
I'm interested in volume discounts, what are your requirements?
Volume discounts are available for orders totaling $1000.00 or more. Use the Quick Response Form on our
contact page or call for more information.

What if my package is lost?
If you have not received your order within the appropriate shipping window based on the shipping method selected, please contact Ink4Less customer service. Shipments are typically 1 — 3 days in the contiguous United States from the day your order was shipped. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are typically 3 — 5 days.
If it has been determined that your order has been lost, Ink4Less will reship or refund the order.

What payment methods do you accept?
Ink4Less accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover/NOVUS credit cards. For your convenience, we can also accept transactions using PayPal. Sorry, but we do not accept checks, COD or money orders.
Where can you ship?
Ink4Less.com ships to all 50 states, plus Puerto Rico. No orders outside of this region will be accepted.
Who do you use for shipping and how long does it take?
Ink4Less uses FedEx Ground primarily. We also use USPS for certain products. Shipments are typically 1 - 3 days in the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are typically 3 - 5 days. These figures are for standard ground services.
Why does my order show that it is cancelled?
Occasionally, orders are cancelled within our system. If your order is canceled for any reason you will receive an email notifying you of the cancellation. Some of the reasons for cancellation include:
- Items not available or out of stock
- Difficulty in processing your payment information
- Cannot ship to address provided
- Duplicate order was placed
- Cancelled due to customer request, prior to shipping
- Unable to verify an order
We will attempt to contact you before canceling your order.
Why haven't I received an email confirming my order?
Once your order has successfully processed on the Ink4Less.com website you will be taken to a receipt page where your order confirmation number will be displayed.
This number, which is also emailed to you once your order is placed, confirms that your order has processed successfully. If you do not receive a confirmation please contact Ink4Less customer service and we will assist you with placing your order.
If you never receive a confirmation email from Ink4Less, please check your spam filters, Junk Email Folder, and/or Internet Service Provider (ISP) to ensure that you are able to receive emails from Ink4less.com.
Why haven't I received my order yet?
Most packages are received within 4-7 business days after the order is placed.
