After I have placed my order, can I check the status on it?

Can I enter a contest one time and be entered in all upcoming contests for the remainder of the year?
No. You must re-register each month to be eligible for new prize giveaways that are held each month.
Do I have to buy anything from your website to be eligible to win one of your contests?
No. Purchase is required to enter Ink4Less.com monthly contests.
Do you do price matching?
Ink4Less does not offer price matching. But we do strive to offer competitive products and service at very competitive prices. We do offer high quality compatible cartridges at significant savings over name brand cartridges. And keep in mind that our cartridges are manufactured under the highest quality standards and are backed by our 4-Star Guarantee.
Do you offer terms?
We offer public schools and government organizations Net 30 terms on approved credit.
Does Ink4Less sell remanufactured ink cartridges?
Yes. All Epson and Hewlett Packard (HP) inkjet cartridges are now remanufactured. This is due to a legal ruling that stops third party manufacturers from producing and selling compatible cartridges for Epson models of inkjet printers. These cartridges are only refilled after an extensive inspection an replacement of any worn components. This allows us to sell the remanufactured cartridge at lower prices while still providing a high quality product. We guarantee the remanufactured cartridges just as we would any other cartridges we sell.
How can I change the email address on my account?
Each email communication you receive contains an “update your profile” link at the bottom of each message. If you prefer, you may also email us your request, but this may take up to 7 days to process.
How can I enter a contest multiple times?
You can't enter a contest more than once. The contest is designed to be fair for all persons who enter it. If we allowed multiple entries this unfairly weigh the results. It would also consume unnecessary bandwidth and processing power on the Ink4Less servers.
How do I improve my print quality when my output has white lines or is "streaky" or missing color?
First, check to make sure your ink or toner levels are high enough to generate proper output. If the cartridge is less than 10% full, you may need to replace the cartridge. Otherwise, run the print head cleaning cycle 2 to 3 times, and possibly up to 5 times if your printer has sat unused for more than two weeks.

If poor quality still persists after the cartridge has been replaced, you may need to contact the printer manufacturer. If after replacing the cartridge with an Ink4Less cartridge you no longer get any printing please contact support. If after contacting support you still cannot use the cartridge, please make sure you received an RMA number and then visit our Return Policy page for instructions on return your product for a replacement.
How do I return a product?
First, contact Ink4Less Customer Service by email or by calling 1-888-488-4INK (4465) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. Write the RMA code on the original invoice AND on the outside of the shipping box. Place the return shipping label on the outside of the box. Repack the product in its original packaging materials and include your order number with your returns to expedite the process. We must receive your returned product within 14 business days after issuing an RMA number or you will be charged for the replacement product sent out. See Return Policy for complete details.
How do I unsubscribe from your email mailing list?
Each email communication you receive contains an unsubscribe link at the bottom of each message. Use this link in order to expedite the removal of your email address from our mailing list. If you prefer, you may also email us your unsubscribe request, but this may take up to 7 days for removal.
How do you make sure your cartridges are compatible with my printer?
Ink4Less products are ISO certified and conform to the original manufacturer specifications and standards. They are put through extensive testing procedures in order to verify compatibility as well as quality.
How do you notify winners?
Winners are notified via email, or by phone if email communication fails.
How is MICR toner different from laser toner?
MICR toner contains an iron oxide that permits the "bank line" information of a check to be read by electronic bank processing equipment. MICR toner is similar to standard laser printer toner, but requires a 50% to 60% iron oxide additive content to meet ANSI specifications for readability standards.

If I enter a contest more than one time a month will it improve my chances of winning?
No. Attempts to enter more than one time may lead to your disqualification from future Ink4Less contests.

What are the benefits of a MICR Laser check system?
Most users cite the following as the main benefits of converting to MICR printing:
  • MICR Laser check processing provides a much higher level of security.
  • Cost reductions; due to the elimination of the inventory and control of pre-printed check stock
  • Creating a MICR Laser check is a single step process that adds payee data, signatures, logos, bank identification, and the MICR line to the check.
  • Increased flexibility to add, change or delete new bank accounts on demand without ordering new check stock.
  • Decreased exposure to check fraud.
What do I do when my print cartridge is not being recognized the printer?
First, make sure the plastic strip(s) covering the cartridge(s) vent holes has been removed. The strip is usually yellow or red in color. If the cartridge(s) is already in printer, remove it and power off the printer for at least 60 seconds. Next, power on the printer and reinsert the cartridge(s) and run the print head cleaning cycle 2 to 3 times using the printer's keypad or software supplied by the printer manufacturer. If this does not resolve the problem, contact Ink4Less.com Customer Support.
What happens to the information you collect when I enter one of your contests?
We use the information to notify winners, plus forward an email announcing contests winners, upcoming contests, featured related resources and special offers. You can unsubscribe at anytime. Your information is not rented, leased or sold to any party outside the InSite Dynamics family of businesses, which consists of Ink4Less.com, InSite Dynamics, and eRange.net.
What if my package is lost?
If you have not received your order within the appropriate shipping window based on the shipping method selected, please contact Ink4Less customer service. Shipments are typically 1 — 3 days in the contiguous United States from the day your order was shipped. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are typically 3 — 5 days.

If it has been determined that your order has been lost, Ink4Less will reship or refund the order.
What is MICR?
The acronym "MICR" stands for Magnetic Ink Character Recognition. MICR is a process by which documents are printed using magnetic ink and special fonts to create machine readable information for quick document processing. The principal purpose of MICR toner is to print accounting and routing information on bank checks and other negotiable documents.

What payment methods do you accept?
Ink4Less accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover/NOVUS credit cards. For your convenience, we can also accept transactions using PayPal. Sorry, but we do not accept checks, COD or money orders.
Where can you ship?
Ink4Less.com ships to all 50 states, plus Puerto Rico. No orders outside of this region will be accepted.
Where do I find my manufacturer part number?
Typically you will find the manufacturers (OEM#) part number on each cartridge, or in many cases the cartridge numbers will also be on the inside of the printer cover. You can also use our cartridge finder in order to easily find your cartridges based on the printer model number.
Who do you use for shipping and how long does it take?
Ink4Less uses FedEx Ground primarily. We also use USPS for certain products. Shipments are typically 1 - 3 days in the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are typically 3 - 5 days. These figures are for standard ground services.
Why does my order show that it is cancelled?
Occasionally, orders are cancelled within our system. If your order is canceled for any reason you will receive an email notifying you of the cancellation. Some of the reasons for cancellation include:
  • Items not available or out of stock
  • Difficulty in processing your payment information
  • Cannot ship to address provided
  • Duplicate order was placed
  • Cancelled due to customer request, prior to shipping
  • Unable to verify an order
We will attempt to contact you before canceling your order.
Why haven't I received an email confirming my order?
Once your order has successfully processed on the Ink4Less.com website you will be taken to a receipt page where your order confirmation number will be displayed.

This number, which is also emailed to you once your order is placed, confirms that your order has processed successfully. If you do not receive a confirmation please contact Ink4Less customer service and we will assist you with placing your order.

If you never receive a confirmation email from Ink4Less, please check your spam filters, Junk Email Folder, and/or Internet Service Provider (ISP) to ensure that you are able to receive emails from Ink4less.com.
Why haven't I received my order yet?
Most packages are received within 4-7 business days after the order is placed. If you have waited more than 7 days and your order has not arrived please email us via the Quick Response Form on our contact page or contact Ink4Less customer service at 1-888-488-4INK (4465) to verify order status or request order tracking assistance.
