Official Contest Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THIS CONTEST

TERM:

Ink4Less.com Monthly Contest will run each month. Each contest typically runs 30 days. The starting and ending dates can be found on the main Ink4Less.com contest page.

PRIZES:

Prizes vary month to month and include, but not limited to, such items as digital cameras, MP3 players, inkjet printers, laser printers, all-in-one printers, and custom Ink4Less.com souvenirs. A complete list of prizes and their availability status are posted on the Ink4Less.com website here. This list of prizes is only for presentation and does in no way represent or suggest the order in which items are offered as contest prizes or the order in which a winner will be awarded these prizes.

Winners are selected randomly for each prize giveaway and are awarded the current month's prize based on what is posted on the main Ink4Less.com contest page; winners DO NOT have an option to choose an alternative prize from the contest prize list found here.

ODDS OF WINNING:

Odds of winning will be determined by the number of entries received.

NUMBER OF ENTRIES PER PERSON:

The Ink4Less.com contest requires only one entry per person, per contest. You WILL NOT increase your odds by entering the contest multiple times. If you are found to be spamming (submitting more than 2 times) the contest entry form by any means including automated, manual, bots or scripts, you will be disqualified for the current contest, as well as for the next six (6) contests. If you are found to be spamming more than once, you will be banned from all future Ink4Less.com contests or giveaways permanently.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS CONTEST:

• Signing up for the contest. If you signed up for the contest through the Ink4Less.com official website you are automatically entered into the Ink4Less.com Monthly Contest. By submitting your entry into the contest you have agreed ("opted-in") to receive no more than 2 promotional emails in a 30 day period, the subject matter will include contests notifications, contests winners, Ink4Less.com promotions and specials. This is in addition to the normal business communications you may receive as an Ink4Less.com customer. Ink4Less.com does not spam or send any unsolicited email. Ink4Less.com also does not sell, rent, or distribute its contest or customer lists to anyone. Please read the full Ink4Less.com Privacy Policy.
• By mail. Ink4Less.com does not accept mail entries. You must use the Ink4Less.com website to submit your contest entry.
• Signing up as a registered Ink4Less.com user. If you signed up as a registered user of www.ink4less.com you are not automatically entered into the Ink4Less.com Monthly Contest. You must register for each contest. Contest submissions will not be carried over to the next contest. Ink4Less.com is not responsible for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects in part or whole, delays in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for any technical or non-technical network, telephonic, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate or partial transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Ink4Less.com on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, at any website or any combination thereof. Ink4Less.com is not responsible for any injury or damage to entrants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in the Ink4Less.com Monthly Contest. All entries become Ink4Less.com's property and will not be returned. Ink4Less.com reserves the right to cancel temporarily or permanently the electronic method of Ink4Less.com Monthly Contest entries if it becomes technically corrupted.

DISQUALIFICATION:

All of your entries in this and all other contests sponsored by Ink4Less.com in the past, present, or future, will be automatically disqualified without notice or recourse if you promote the Contest through unsolicited commercial Email, multiple repetitive postings to UseNet Newsgroups or even one posting to inappropriate UseNet Newsgroups or any other violation of the Ink4Less.com Terms of Use or any other restrictions mentioned in this document. Any violation of such Terms of Use will prevent you from entering any future contest sponsored by Ink4Less.com and we will automatically revoke your membership in Ink4Less.com's website.

All of your entries will be disqualified, at the sole discretion of Ink4Less.com, if you attempt (i) to enter the Ink4Less.com Monthly Contest through any means other than as described in these Official Rules; or (ii) to disrupt the Ink4Less.com Monthly Contest, circumvent the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, or in any way tamper with the Ink4Less.com Monthly Contest. If either of the above occurs, Ink4Less.com has the right to remedy any such action, disruption, or circumvention, and to seek damages from you to the fullest extent permitted by law.

ELIGIBILITY:

All legal U.S. residents residing in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older at the closing date of the Ink4Less.com Monthly Contest may participate in this Ink4Less.com Monthly Contest, or if you are under 18 years of age, you must have parental/guardian consent to enter the contest. By entering this Ink4Less.com Monthly Contest you represent to Ink4Less.com that you are either at least 18 years of age or have consent from a parent/guardian. Employees of Ink4Less.com and its immediate families and members of their households are not eligible to participate in this Ink4Less.com Monthly Contest. By registering to win the prize, the winner grants Ink4Less.com permission to use his/her name (including screen name) and likeness for advertising and future promotion purposes without additional compensation (except where prohibited by law). Unaccepted prizes may not be awarded. This Ink4Less.com Monthly Contest is subject to these complete and Official Rules.

SELECTION OF WINNERS:

Winners will be selected within 5 business days of the contest closing date. Winners will be selected using an electronically randomized manner within this time frame. The winner will be notified on the day of the drawing, and has 72 hours to contact Ink4Less.com regarding their prize. Ink4Less.com reserves the right to modify scheduling of the Ink4Less.com Monthly Contest without prior notice. If the judges determine in their sole discretion that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the giveaway or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the giveaway, the judges reserve the right to void the entries at issue, and/or terminate the giveaway and conduct a random drawing to award prizes using all eligible entries received as of the termination date. Limit one prize per person. Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility within 3 days of notification attempt. Failure to return the affidavit in the time noted will result in disqualification of the entry and the random selection of an alternate winner. Ink4Less.com may require winners to provide proof that they are the authorized account holders of the e-mail addresses used to enter the Ink4Less.com Monthly Contest. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the e-mail address. Any winner who does not comply with the Official Rules will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. Return of any prize or prize notification as "undeliverable" will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.

PRIZE SELECTION:

The winner is not able to choose a specific prize. Ink4Less.com uses an electronic random selection system that will pair a winner from the list of available prizes.

NOTIFICATION:

Prize winners will be notified by e-mail sent to the e-mail address submitted on the original contest entry form, and Ink4Less.com is under no obligation to notify winners by any means other than e-mail. If a winner's Ink4Less.com profile is no longer active, notification will be sent to the last known e-mail address. Ink4Less.com is not responsible for notifications that are misdirected or not received because of e-mail addresses that are no longer correct. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made during 1 business day from the first notification attempt, such person may be disqualified, with an alternate winner selected. Any prize notification or prize returned as undeliverable will result in the awarding of that prize to an alternate winner.

REDEMPTION:

Ink4Less.com will deliver the prizes as follows: All Prizes. Each prize will be shipped to the appropriate winner's home address. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions or cash equivalents are allowed except by Ink4Less.com, who also reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable.

SHIPPING ISSUES:

Ink4Less.com will utilize the most economical method for shipping contest prizes. Although Ink4Less.com ships with well-known carriers and does not anticipate delivery problems, unforeseen circumstances can happen from time to time that creates situations resulting in lost shipments or damaged merchandise. If your prize is not received within the window specified by the final prize email, contact Ink4Less.com and we will initiate the appropriate paperwork with the shipper. The shipper will require a period of time to determine the status of the package, which could be up to 72 hours. During this time you will need to wait for the final determination as to how Ink4Less.com will resolve the lost or damaged merchandise. If the product is no longer available, Ink4less.com reserves the right to replace the item with a like product of similar or greater value.

CONDITIONS:

By participating in the Ink4Less.com Monthly Contest, you agree to release and hold Ink4Less.com and its directors, officers, employees and agents, and all prize suppliers harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Ink4Less.com Monthly Contest or any product purchased, or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, whether suffered by you or a third party. This Ink4Less.com Monthly Contest is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Ink4Less.com and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Ink4Less.com Monthly Contest or these Official Rules. All decisions regarding the Ink4Less.com Monthly Contest, including, but not limited to, selecting winners, will be made by Ink4Less.com, whose decisions shall be final. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes.

WARRANTY:

Products in the Ink4Less.com contests are new, not refurbished. Many of our contests include printers, digital cameras and other hardware or software which is NOT warranted by Ink4Less.com. The manufacturer's original warranty is in affect for the designated period of time specified on the paperwork provided in the hardware or software package. You must contact the manufacturer of the hardware or software for any support or warranty issues.

Ink4Less.com cannot be held liable for any hardware or software failures of a prize and will not replace such products. The manufacturers warranty limitations will apply and all claims must be handled through the manufacturer.
